About the Role:

As a Marketing & PR Manager , you will be responsible for driving Jeel’s brand presence, reputation, and engagement. You will lead high-impact marketing campaigns, media relations, and digital initiatives, positioning Jeel as a market leader in digital innovation. This role is strategic yet hands-on, giving you the opportunity to shape our marketing roadmap while working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

📢 Strategic Marketing & Brand Building – Develop and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies aligned with Jeel’s growth objectives.

📊 Campaign Development & Execution – Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, leveraging digital, print, social media, and events to maximise impact.

📰 Public Relations & Media Engagement – Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, draft press releases, and manage crisis communications.

🎯 Digital Marketing & Analytics – Drive SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing strategies, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous optimisation.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, HR, and the CEO’s Office to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

💰 Budget & Resource Management – Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum brand visibility and engagement .

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

✅ Experience: 6–8 years in marketing, PR, or communications leadership roles , preferably within the GCC.

✅ Professional Certifications (Preferred): CIM, Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), or equivalent marketing/PR credentials.

✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media analytics, and PR software .

✅ Soft Skills: Strong storytelling, relationship-building, problem-solving , and project management abilities.
