We are seeking a friendly, organized, and creative Customer Service & Marketing Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service, project coordination, and marketing support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Front Desk:
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide initial assistance.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.
• Sales & Project Support:
• Assist sales and project management staff with administrative tasks.
• Help coordinate timelines, client communications, and job tracking.
• Prepare and organize documentation for signage projects.
• Marketing Coordination:
• Update website galleries with recent project photos and descriptions.
• Support social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on promotional materials and local outreach efforts.
• Graphic Design Assistance:
• Provide basic design support using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Assist in preparing proofs and mockups for client review.
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
