Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with expertise in the roll forming industry to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and develop strong customer relationships. The role requires a blend of technical understanding of roll forming products and strategic marketing skills to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and goals.

· Identify and acquire new customers in domestic and international markets.

· Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

· Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Plan and implement marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product promotions.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks.

· Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams for timely delivery and product customization.

· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

· Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve goals.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.

· 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the roll forming or steel products industry.

· Strong understanding of roll forming processes and product applications.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

· Ability to travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹83,333.33 - ₹125,000.00 per month
