We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives and drive patient growth for our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing patient acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, building partnerships, and maximizing the clinic’s visibility across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the clinic’s services.
- Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email, etc.).
- Create promotional materials, campaigns, and patient education content.
- Organize and promote health events, community outreach programs, and wellness workshops.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources (e.g., doctors, companies, insurance providers).
- Implement patient retention strategies and develop loyalty programs.
- Set and monitor sales targets; track performance metrics and ROI.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Brand & Communication:
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage public relations, media communications, and press releases.
- Supervise the design and distribution of clinic brochures, banners, and online content.
Team & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with in-house medical and administrative teams to align marketing goals.
- Manage external vendors such as advertising agencies, designers, or consultants.
- Oversee and train any junior marketing or sales staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1 or 2 years of proven experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in medical marketing or healthcare promotions.
- Strong network in the local healthcare or corporate community.
