Marketing & Social Media Executive
Job description
We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Executive who is creative, analytical, and experienced in managing digital channels and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) to elevate our online presence and drive bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and bookings.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including photoshoots, reels, stories, and influencer collaborations.
- Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and respond to guest inquiries on social media.
- Track analytics and produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
OTA Platform Management
- Manage and optimize listings on major OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Make MyTrip, Vrbo, and others.
- Ensure content accuracy, high-quality photos, competitive pricing, and up to-date availability across all platforms.
- Monitor and enhance property rankings and visibility through algorithm friendly updates and dynamic pricing tools.
- Coordinate with the operations team to handle guest reviews, resolve concerns, and maintain high ratings and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with channel management software (Guesty, Hostaway, or similar) for automation and reporting.
Website & SEO
- Oversee website content updates, blogs, and property listings to maintain SEO optimization.
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO to improve search visibility.
- Support the creation of landing pages for promotional campaigns and new properties.
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Develop marketing campaigns for special offers, seasonal stays, or new property launches.
- Collaborate with the sales and reservations team to nurture leads into confirmed bookings.
- Track campaign ROI and report lead conversion metrics to management. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media within real estate, hospitality, or holiday home sectors.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaign management tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM or Channel Manager software (Guesty, Hostaway, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Creative mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively. Job Type: Full-time
