Marketing Assistant

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create and post engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and account growth.
• Coordinate with designers and sales teams on promotions and product launches.
• Track, analyze, and report social media insights and campaign performance.
• Support events, brand activities, and promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing or social media management, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or retail.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and analytics.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and a team player.
