What You’ll Do as a Marketing Assistant: You’ll be part of a creative and energetic team dedicated to expanding the Latitude 33 Aviation brand across digital channels, in-person events, and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role that offers variety and the chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable industry experience.

Charter Marketing (70–80%)

• Develop and schedule engaging email campaigns
• Support client outreach and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize blog content, track performance, manage CRM, and generate new leads
• Post offers and flight deals to social channels

Aircraft Sales & Management Support (20–30%)

• Research aircraft market trends and update listings
• Prepare marketing collateral, proposals, and reports
• Assist with visual content creation, including photoshoots and videos
• Verify listing data and coordinate follow-ups with industry contacts
• Provide data research and administrative support to the sales team

Tasks

• Keep the website fresh with compelling content and visuals
• Capture and edit photo and video content of aircraft and events
• Create marketing materials like sales sheets, presentations, spec sheets, and social media graphics
• Curate content and manage calendars for social media platforms
• Coordinate outreach, research, and follow-ups with partners and vendors
• Building client VIP baskets for speciality flights

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator experience
• WordPress or similar CMS platform knowledge
• Social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
• Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
• Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads
• Basic SEO knowledge and a passion for learning
• Interested in Travel, Hospitality, and Aviation
