Marketing Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various marketing channels. This role will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in content creation, and contribute to the overall strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and target audiences.
• Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and monitoring performance using Google Analytics.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Manage social media accounts and implement strategies for Facebook Advertising to increase brand awareness.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses related to advertising sales.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights for future marketing strategies.
• Support B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted outreach materials and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead calling campaigns to generate new business with med spas, weight loss clinics, and various physicians

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, and email marketing.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
• Familiarity with product management concepts is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
