The Marketing Assistant supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Sharaf Retail’s fashion brands. This role ensures effective coordination between internal teams, stores, and external partners to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen customer engagement across all retail touch points.

Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in planning and implementing brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
  • Coordinate with stores to ensure consistent brand communication and in-store marketing execution.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials, including visuals, signage, social media content, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and mall marketing teams for campaign approvals, advertising, and event coordination.


2. Content & Communication Support

  • Assist in drafting content for social media, newsletters, and in-store promotions aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports for management review.


3. Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in organizing brand activations, influencer collaborations, and retail events.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and approvals required for events and sponsorships.
  • Support post-event reporting, data collection, and analysis.


4. Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and budget sheets.
  • Process purchase requests and coordinate invoices with finance and procurement teams.
  • Compile and organize brand performance data, footfall reports, and marketing analytics.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail or fashion marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Understanding of retail trends and digital marketing platforms.
