The Marketing Assistant responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Will be conducting research on various topics
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Data input
  • Copy editing
  • Drafting posts in WordPress and HubSpot
  • Entry level/basic assistance with event prep and execution
  • Support the business development and marketing department with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be resourceful and proactive to the needs of the Firm with the ability to maintain information accurately.

Technological Skills: Proficiency with MS Suite software such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
