Marketing Assistant

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Complete an internship by executing tasks as assigned within a limited and agreed period of time, and with relevant skills and knowledge, contribute to the function's area of expertise. (Usually relevant for students and graduates.)

Responsibilities:

Preparing, updating, and sharing product reports related to the Marine & Protective product group with relevant teams
Creating reports and documents related to product features, areas of application, technical information, and marketing content
Providing marketing support for promotional requests related to the Marine & Protective business line
Preparing the necessary information and documentation for promotion processes and ensuring coordination with relevant departments
Following up on the preparation and approval processes of promotional materials (brochures, presentations, samples, etc.)
Maintaining documentation related to promotional activities and preparing result and evaluation reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What We Look For

Able to work a minimum of 4 days per week (preferably with no mandatory attendance requirement)
Preferably studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Eager to learn, open to innovation, and actively follows new trends and developments
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Highly motivated to develop a career in marketing
Proficient in English
Able to use MS Office applications effectively; preferably advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
Residing in Istanbul (Asian side)
