JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective: We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer and social media content creator who is passionate about visual storytelling and ready to elevate our marketing presence. This role is design-first. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can transform ideas into impactful visuals across digital, print, and video platforms, while also creating engaging social content that strengthens our brand and drives measurable results. This individual will take our existing marketing assets to the next level through compelling design, thoughtful brand execution, and strategic content creation.

Lead Visual Design Execution

• Create high-impact graphics for marketing campaigns across print, web, social media, email, signage, apparel, and internal communications.
• Elevate and maintain a consistent, polished brand aesthetic across all company touchpoints.
• Develop new visual concepts that push the brand forward while honoring established standards.
• Design and refine brand identity assets and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

Digital & Social Content Creation

• Develop engaging social media content, including graphics, short-form video, and motion-based assets.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned captions and website copy that supports campaign goals.
• Assist with planning, shooting, and editing photography and video content.
• Stay ahead of trends in design, video, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.

Creative Strategy & Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing manager to execute campaigns from concept to completion.
• Manage incoming design requests, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standard of quality.
• Evaluate campaign and social performance metrics and recommend creative improvements.
• Contribute innovative ideas that increase engagement, visibility, and brand recognition.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced graphic design skills (layout, typography, branding, color theory).
• Experience creating both static and motion-based content for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro or After Effects preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and how to apply them across channels.
• Collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates ability to explore and develop new creative concepts that elevate brand presence and engagement.

Shifts Available: 1st Shift Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM

Starting Salary: $65,000 commensurate with experience
