Marketing Assistant – Global Marketing

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

1. Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Global Head of Marketing’s calendar, schedule, and travel logistics.
  • Handle meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minutes for internal and external meetings.
  • Support in drafting presentations, reports, and communication decks.

2. Project & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating brand campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Ensure marketing assets, toolkits, and briefs are circulated on time to relevant teams.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the Global Head of Marketing and internal teams (digital, brand, design, PR).
  • Support distributor and partner communication with follow-ups, reminders, and summaries.
  • Draft and edit internal memos, campaign updates, and external communications.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Assist in compiling weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on competitors, markets, and category trends.
  • Support in preparing presentations for leadership, trade shows, and strategy meetings.

5. Event & Trade Show Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of global trade shows and brand events.
  • Oversee logistics such as guest lists, schedules, collateral, and on-ground coordination.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the Global Head of Marketing’s commitments at events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Efficiency in managing schedules and workflows for the Global Head of Marketing.
  • On-time delivery of campaign and project milestones.
  • Accuracy and quality of reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Positive feedback from internal teams, distributors, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, or project management.
  • Background in marketing, communications, or business administration preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
