About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to plan and execute impactful ATL/BTL campaigns , enhance brand visibility , and generate quality leads through innovative offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ATL/BTL campaigns to boost brand presence and lead generation.
• Manage local & regional marketing activities including events, print, OOH, and community outreach .
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) and external vendors/agencies for seamless execution.
• Drive footfall & engagement at centers through events, promotions, and activation programs.
• Track and report campaign performance using relevant KPIs & ROI metrics ; recommend improvements.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support creative development for marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, digital ads, etc.).
• Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively.
• Oversee on-ground marketing teams to ensure alignment and productivity.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in offline marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and event management .
• Strong coordination, vendor management, and project execution skills.
• Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
