The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by managing and executing marketing deliverables with precision and speed. This individual will be responsible for creating and refining PowerPoint presentations and marketing slicks, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and effectively communicate value propositions, to support sales requests. A critical part of the role involves managing incoming requests from sales, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality assets on time to meet tight deadlines.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing slicks that effectively communicate product value and align with brand standards.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related requests from the sales team, ensuring all tasks are tracked, prioritized, and completed on time.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality marketing assets that support sales goals.

  • Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, with a strong focus on detail.

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to gather input and ensure marketing materials meet strategic objectives.

Skills/Requirements:

  • PowerPoint experience

  • Some graphic design experience (Canva)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement

The estimated salary range for this position is $26.00 to $28.00/hr. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
