What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll help support lead generation efforts, produce content for all stages of the marketing funnel and drive brand awareness by developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate on the creation of digital ads, marketing emails, social media content, video projects, press releases and more, while contributing to website optimization and SEO strategy to boost traffic and conversions. You’ll also assist with producing sales and marketing collateral— including client case studies and testimonials— coordinating tradeshow and conference logistics and more.

What we’re looking for

• Recent college grad interested in B2B Marketing or early career professional with 1-2 years of experience in a tech/SaaS startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated, goal-driven and eager to grow.
• Creative mindset with a desire to contribute innovative ideas to campaigns and content.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with B2B Marketing tools including: Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hubspot, Wordpress, SEMrush, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro).
• Must be located at a commutable distance of Norwalk, CT.
• Examples of relevant work samples or a portfolio will be considered and should be included when applying.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is listed above. It is not typical for offers to be made at the top of the range. Salary offers are determined by a wide range of factors including prior experience, current skills, education and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
