About the Role


At Farmasi , we’re redefining beauty and wellness through digital excellence and we’re looking for a Marketing Automation & Insights Specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing and Growth team.


In this role, you’ll build new automation flows , optimize existing ones , and help country marketing teams use Insider platform more effectively.


You’ll also own the data intelligence side of our Insider platform and dive deep into dashboards to uncover insights, identify the best-performing channels and journeys, and guide global digital strategy with data-driven recommendations.


You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across the globe, all working together to elevate our user experience and drive growth.


This position combines CRM, marketing automation , data analytics , and cross-country collaboration , reporting directly to the Global Director of Digital Marketing & Growth, located in North America . The role is fully remote, and you’ll collaborate daily with colleagues across 25+ countries .


What You’ll Do


Journey Management & Optimization

  • Build new automated user flows and journeys and continuously improve existing automations
  • Monitor KPIs such as open rate, click rate, conversion, and retention ; proactively flag issues and take action when performance declines
  • Run A/B or holdout tests to improve personalization and performance
  • Regularly review and validate all outbound messages across email, web push, app push, SMS, and WhatsApp to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality user experience


Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze analytics reports to identify top-performing channels, journeys, and countries
  • Prepare regular insight reports highlighting trends, wins, and optimization opportunities
  • Combine Insider and GA4 data to connect journey performance with user behavior across web and app


Country Enablement & Support

  • Support local marketing teams in leveraging the Insider platform effectively from segmentation to campaign setup
  • Share best practices, troubleshoot issues, and help teams across the globe strengthen automation strategies
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, IT, and Insider to ensure smooth communication and data flow
  • Over time, you will have the opportunity to become the subject matter expert who provides proactive guidance and training to countries


Reporting & Collaboration

  • Create and maintain dashboards summarizing journey and country-level performance
  • Work closely with performance marketing, analytics and social media teams to align automation insights with paid and organic marketing initiatives
  • Support data consistency and integration between Insider, GA4, and CRM systems


What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation or Martech tools (Insider, Braze, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, etc.)
  • Fluency in English . You’ll collaborate daily with teams across multiple countries
  • Good command of MS Office tools , especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong understanding of funnel stages, tracking, and attribution models
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
  • Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for testing and continuous optimization
  • Hands-on and autonomous with the ability to take ownership and make things happen
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment



Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with the Insider Martech Stack .
  • Background in beauty, wellness, or direct-selling industries.
  • Experience managing international, multi-market automation campaigns .
  • Familiarity with UX or UAT testing processes.
  • Proficient in GA4, Excel, Power BI and/or Looker Studio
