About Us

Andrew's Lawn and Snow is a fast-growing residential lawn care and snow removal company. We specialize in high-ticket sales, phone-based lead conversion, and operational automation. As we scale, we need a marketing tech expert to help us optimize lead generation, automate workflows, manage our website, and implement Odoo CRM.

This is an in-office role for someone who can execute marketing strategies while also handling automation, integrations, and CRM improvements. If you're skilled in digital marketing, automation tools, website management, and Odoo (or similar platforms), this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing - Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization (Odoo)

  • Set up, customize, and manage Odoo CRM for lead tracking, customer management, and workflow automation.
  • Automate follow-up sequences (email, SMS, reminders) for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Integrate Odoo with other platforms (Stripe, OptimoRoute, Airtable, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and sales funnel efficiency.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yelp, etc.) to drive inbound leads.
  • Optimize our SEO & website to improve organic rankings and conversions.
  • Implement retargeting & conversion tracking to maximize ad spend efficiency.
  • Analyze ad performance & A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Website & Technical SEO

  • Update and maintain our company websites (WordPress or Odoo CMS).
  • Optimize website pages for search rankings, lead capture, and user experience.
  • Improve speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion funnels.
  • Automate contact forms and lead tracking to sync with Odoo and marketing campaigns.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Create and automate email campaigns (abandoned leads, upsells, customer retention).
  • Set up drip sequences and appointment reminders for better engagement.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior and past purchases.

What We’re Looking For - Must-Have Skills & Experience

Odoo CRM or similar platform experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Marketing automation experience (Zapier, Make.com, Odoo Workflows, API integrations)
Google Ads & Facebook Ads management (lead gen, conversion tracking, retargeting)
Website management & SEO (WordPress, HTML/CSS, Google Search Console, Core Web Vitals)
Email & SMS automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Twilio, or similar)
Lead tracking & analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Python/JavaScript for automation & API integrations
Odoo backend customization & module development
Experience with OptimoRoute, Stripe, and Airtable
Familiarity with phone-based sales workflows & tracking
