Full Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with expertise in HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), and AI-driven automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing marketing and sales automation systems to improve efficiency, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Develop and optimize sales funnels and lead generation strategies
• Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing automation and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and implement improvements
• Maintain and manage CRM systems and customer data
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – required
• Experience with AI-based automation tools and workflow systems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with HubSpot will be considered an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, automation, or CRM management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
