PRIMARY PURPOSE
-
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. This role ensures seamless integration between marketing systems, maintains database health, and provides actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.

RESPONSIBILITIES
01.
Develop, manage, and optimize HubSpot marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
02.
Build and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms to support demand generation initiatives.
03.
Integrate HubSpot with CRM and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
04.
Analyze campaign performance, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI
05.
Support sales and marketing alignment by ensuring accurate lead qualification, tracking, and handoff.
06.
Maintain HubSpot database integrity, including list cleaning, duplicate management, and GDPR compliance.
07.
Stay updated on HubSpot features, updates, best practices, and emerging marketing automation trends.
08.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align automated campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
09.
Troubleshoot automation issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10.
Provide training and guidance to team members on HubSpot best practices and workflow utilization.
11.
Ensure all campaigns comply with company standards and marketing regulations.
12.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
13.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
A
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Certifications in HubSpot Marketing Hub or marketing automation platforms are a plus.
B
Experience:
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or CRM management
-
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead scoring, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.

Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and other marketing tools.
-
Strong background in inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.

Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and improve ROI

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, content, and design) to execute campaigns effectively.

Marketing Automation Knowledge – Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.

CRM & Data Management – Experience with CRM systems, database management, and integration with marketing tools.

Digital Marketing Awareness – Understanding of email marketing, SEO, social media, and digital marketing trends.

Project Management – Capable of managing multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently with attention to detail.

Problem Solving & Initiative – Proactively identifies automation issues and suggests improvements.

Adaptability & Learning – Keeps up with HubSpot updates, automation trends, and emerging marketing technologies

Campaign Performance – Effectiveness of automated marketing campaigns measured by open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

Lead Management – Accuracy and efficiency of lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and handoff to sales.

Database Health – Maintenance of HubSpot database integrity, including list cleanliness, duplicate management, and GDPR compliance

Workflow Optimization – Timely creation, updating, and optimization of automation workflows to improve efficiency and results.

Reporting & Insights – Timeliness, accuracy, and actionable quality of reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics.

Collaboration Effectiveness – Contribution to cross-functional team alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.

Project Timeliness – Meeting deadlines for campaign execution, email sends, landing pages, and marketing initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
