Marketing & Branding Assistant

We’re a boutique luxury interior design and art direction studio based in Dubai, working on high-end hotel, restaurant, and residential projects across the UAE, Europe, and Latin America. We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Branding Assistant to join our team in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and schedule social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)

• Coordinate with content creators and freelancers

• Execute marketing campaigns and seasonal calendars

• Upload and update website content (WordPress)

• Track performance on SocialBee, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Hubspot

• Maintain organized digital folders (photo, video, press, events, etc.)

• Assist with one-off branding tasks (press releases, award submissions, blog posts)

• Ensure brand visual consistency across platforms

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Canva, WordPress, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and SocialBee (or quick to learn)

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

• Fluent English (spoken + written)

• Excellent organizational and execution skills

• Understanding of luxury or design-driven brands preferred

Work Setup:

• Full-time, In-person (Dubai – Al Quoz / Springs area)

• Working language: English

• Immediate start preferred

Salary: AED 5,000–6,500 (based on experience)
