Marketing & Branding Officer (with gov Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Branding Officer to support our internal communications, branding, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an Arab national male or Female with strong experience in government sector projects, combined with proficiency in marketing tools, design, and technology platforms. He will play a key role in preparing impactful presentations, developing branding assets, coordinating events, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presentation Development: Design and prepare professional PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for leadership, government meetings, and internal workshops.
  • Internal Communications: Draft, design, and distribute internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, posters, digital boards).
  • Branding & Design Support:
  • Create and adapt logos, branding elements, and visual themes for government and internal projects.
  • Design promotional items such as gifts, event branding materials, rollups, and brochures.
  • Photography & Media: Capture high-quality photos and visual content during internal meetings, events, and team gatherings.
  • Policy & Guidelines Development: Assist in drafting policies, branding guidelines, and procedural documents aligned with government standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors (printing houses, event organizers, creative agencies) to deliver branding materials and campaigns on time.
  • Marketing Request Management: Track, prioritize, and manage marketing and branding requests across teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Nationality & Gender: Arab national, male (due to operational suitability).
  • Language Skills: Native Arabic with excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in marketing/branding roles, with at least 2 years in UAE/GCC government projects or semi-government entities.
  • Proven track record in government communications, branding initiatives, or public sector campaigns.
  • Technical & Design Skills:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) – expert level in presentation design.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design collaboration platforms.

Essential Skills

  • Strong design sense with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt branding for both government protocol and creative campaigns.
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal communication.

Working Terms

  • Contract Term: 12 months (renewable based on performance).
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Location: Onsite/Hybrid in the UAE (as per project requirements).
  • Reporting To: Marketing & Branding Manager.
