Marketing & Business Development Manager

FirstPoint Group is expanding into the technology sector with a newly launched IT division. Our sister company will focus on delivering brand identification, Odoo development & customization, web development, and mobile app development. We are committed to driving digital innovation and offering end-to-end technology solutions to our clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the IT/Tech sector to lead our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and expanding revenue streams within IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (Odoo, web, app, and branding solutions).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and agencies.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with service delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within the IT/Tech industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (Odoo), web development, app development, and digital branding solutions.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
