Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A leading company specializing in Geological, Geophysical, and Environmental Consulting in the UAE is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager with a proven ability to win projects and secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing & business development strategies across the UAE.
• Secure new consultancy projects in:
• Environmental Studies
• Geological & Geophysical Investigations
• Hydrogeology & Engineering Consulting
• Build and manage strong relationships with:
• Government authorities
• Engineering consultants
• Real estate developers
• Contractors & infrastructure firms
• Identify, follow up, and manage tenders (RFPs & bids) until contract award.
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare winning technical & commercial proposals.
• Achieve clear, measurable growth targets (KPIs).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development within the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in engineering, environmental, geological, or consultancy firms.
• Strong network and market access in the UAE.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Results-driven, negotiation-focused, and commercially smart mindset.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-value contracts.
