FootPrints Home Care provides Peace of Mind for families by caring for their loved ones in the Albuquerque Metro and Rio Rancho areas. We have been faithfully serving seniors since 2005.

We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Client Liaison / Field Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and representing a mission-driven home care organization in the community.

Job Summary

The Marketing & Client Liaison / Field Specialist is responsible for:

  • Community outreach and relationship-building
  • Conducting in-home assessments, consultations, and start-of-care visits
  • Representing FootPrints Home Care to referral partners
  • Supporting families through the onboarding process
  • Communicating between clients, caregivers, and the office team
  • Participating in the on-call rotation
  • Supporting general office operations as needed

This is a client-facing, field-focused role that blends marketing outreach with hands-on support for new clients and referral sources. It requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a desire to grow alongside a highly respected local agency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass a background check
  • Prior experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or customer-facing work (1 year preferred)
  • Marketing, sales, or community outreach experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation & smartphone required
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM/scheduling software experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent FootPrints in the community
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and adapt
  • Comfortable entering client homes and traveling locally
  • Ability to manage job-related stress with maturity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for serving seniors and their families

ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Outreach

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospices, hospitals, senior facilities, rehab centers, and community partners
  • Conduct regular visits, drop-ins, follow-ups, and presentations
  • Represent FootPrints at networking events, community activities, and partner meetings
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and material distribution
  • Track referral activity and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies

Client-Facing Duties

  • Conduct in-home assessments, consultations, and start-of-care visits
  • Create or update client care plans
  • Discern client care needs, preferences, and service requirements
  • Perform quality visits as needed
  • Maintain communication with clients, families, and the care team
  • Report changes in client condition or needs to the office

Office Support & Coverage

  • Assist with answering phones and providing customer service
  • Support onboarding processes for caregivers when needed
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (shared)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates
  • Assist with general office tasks and help maintain a clean, professional workspace
