Marketing & Communication Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for brand building and managing day to day marketing & communication tasks effectively through all channels.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recommend and align with KSA Marketing Director on KSA MarCom strategy and plans in line with Global brand strategy.
  • Manage and follow up on Local communication approaches, from Media planning /buying, to new launches and openings as well as PR & Event management.
  • Deliver the social media calendar execution that drives brand awareness, recognition and engagement across relevant social media platforms. Take regular engaging stories to keep the accounts active. Track & improve reach and engagement and share monthly social media reports.
  • Execute PR plans: events, sponsorships, openings, along with the creation of suitable meeting occasions’ contexts to build buzz around the Brand.
  • Generate and evaluate new ideas for promotions, articles, press releases, publicity, etc. and ensure coordination and consistency with internal marketing/advertising professionals.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva for quick, minor design tasks.
  • Lead on local customer understanding , market trends, competition, insights by being regularly in-touch with the market and sharing with the relevant Local and Global team members.
  • Finalizes copywriting in Arabic & English for all communication requirements [press, e-commerce and online]
  • Educate and enforce brand standards internally to maintain consistency of brand, editorial tone and style.
  • Develop creative briefs for the internal creative team and external agencies to give clear direction for deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the agency and other vendors to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects Patchi’s brand identity.
  • Engage with fans and followers to build relationships with the communities and encourage engagement.
  • Handle local customer inquiries and complaints with relevant team members to ensure high brand satisfaction.
  • Manage approved budget diligently, update budget tracking sheet and report regularly on budget status.
  • Drive sales; Analyze campaigns performance in terms of engagement and sales impact. Share reports and recommendations post campaign.
  • Maintain deep knowledge about company’s products and keep up to date with any relevant changes.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and brand activations.
  • Proven hands-on experience in executing marketing activations and campaigns.
