Position Overview

Tianyu Arts & Culture Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our social media operations and customer communications.

This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management who are looking to grow within a dynamic event production company.

The role focuses on daily social media execution, influencer coordination, cross-team communication, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily content posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, and assist with timely customer communication and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in reporting social media results.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Tianyu’s brand voice and campaign strategy.

Influencer & Partnership Support

  • Assist in coordinating collaborations with influencers and online creators.
  • Support outreach, content approvals, scheduling, and deliverable tracking.
  • Help ensure influencer content aligns with marketing objectives and deadlines.

Agency & Internal Coordination

  • Serve as an internal liaison for collaboration with external marketing partners (e.g., Jive and other agencies).
  • Help communicate marketing direction, timelines, and asset needs clearly across teams.
  • Organize and manage marketing materials to ensure smooth workflow.

Creative & Content Support

  • Assist with basic graphic design and video editing tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and organize visual assets and marketing materials.
  • Support livestream promotion and digital campaign amplification efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications (internship experience counts).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $63,000.00 per year
