Marketing Communications Manager

Role Summary :

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of the beauty industry, digital platforms, customer behavior, and emerging market trends.


Key Responsibilities :


Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition to refine marketing direction.
  • Maintain and enhance Sisters Beauty Lounge’s brand identity across all channels.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including visuals, videos, and written materials.


Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Manage all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Use platforms such as Klaviyo and have working knowledge of Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Optimize the website for user experience and drive online engagement and conversion.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and KPIs.


Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Develop initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones through loyalty and referral programs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent brand experience at all customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage customer data to create segmented, personalized marketing efforts.


Business Development & Collaboration

  • Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and partnership avenues.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies with finance for competitiveness and profitability.
  • Support business expansion through strategic events and activations.


Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Present strategies and performance updates to key stakeholders across operations, finance, and leadership.
  • Representing the brand at relevant industry events and networking forums.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
  • Hands-on experience in digital platforms, content planning, and campaign execution.
  • Prior experience working in or helping build start-up environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
