Marketing Communications Manager (Arabic Speaker)

We're Hiring: Marketing Communications Manager

We're looking for a creative, strategic Marketing Communications Manager to drive our brand presence, build powerful partnerships, and connect with enterprise clients across the MENA region. You'll lead campaigns that educate, inspire, and convert—while championing the circular economy at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
✓ Manage SEO and SEM to drive organic visibility and qualified lead generation
✓ Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand our market reach
✓ Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media)
✓ Lead brand campaigns and promotional initiatives across all platforms
✓ Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to optimize campaigns and inform strategy
✓ Collaborate with sales and business development on messaging and lead support
✓ Build and nurture relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders

Essential Requirements

✓ Arabic fluency (speaking and writing) – Mandatory
✓ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
✓ 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (B2B, SaaS, or sustainability sectors preferred)
✓ Proven expertise in SEO/SEM and digital marketing campaigns
✓ Strong experience in partnership development and relationship management
✓ Demonstrated creative skills in content creation and campaign design
✓ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
✓ Valid UAE Driving License (compulsory)
✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
✓ Experience marketing environmental, sustainability, or e-waste solutions
✓ Familiarity with CRM platforms (ZOHO preferred)
✓ Experience managing social media communities and engagement
✓ Graphic design or video production skills
