About the Role

We're seeking a rare hybrid talent, someone who excels at both strategic copywriting and hands-on content creation. This isn't a role for specialists who lean heavily in one direction. We need someone who can craft persuasive, conversion-focused messaging and execute social-first content with a creator's instinct.

You'll serve as Hybridge’s voice and content engine, owning messaging and content creation across all customer touchpoints from social media to email flows to landing pages. You understand consumer psychology, know what makes people click, and can translate strategy into compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.

Writing Excellence:

  • Persuasive, conversion-focused copywriting (not corporate communications)
  • Strategic messaging that understands funnel psychology and lifecycle marketing
  • Email/SMS campaigns that drive action
  • SEO Website copy optimized for conversion
  • SEO Consumer-facing articles
  • Advertising Landing page copy optimized for conversion
  • Long-form storytelling and campaign narratives

Content Creation Excellence:

  • Social-first execution with a creator mindset
  • Confident filming and editing short-form video (if possible)
  • High-frequency content production without sacrificing quality
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts
  • Native understanding of platform-specific content formats (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, + Linkedin)

You'll Own

  • Social Content: Daily posts, captions, and community engagement (not a deal breaker, basic video filming/editing,
  • Lifecycle Messaging: Email and SMS copy that moves customers through the funnel
  • Conversion Copy: Landing pages, ads, and short-form sales content
  • Content Strategy: Content calendar development and campaign messaging architecture
  • Brand Voice: Ensuring consistency and quality across every channel

What We're NOT Looking For

  • Purely communications/writing-focused marketers who don't create video content
  • Content creators who don't understand conversion copywriting or funnel strategy
  • Corporate-style communicators without DTC experience
  • Candidates who need heavy creative direction or handholding

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in social media, content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role (preferably in DTC/ecommerce)
  • Portfolio demonstrating both exceptional writing and content creation
  • Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable results
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles
  • Experience managing content calendars and cross-channel campaigns
  • Comfortable on camera and with video editing tools
  • Self-starter who can work independently and drive projects to completion

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of paid social and performance marketing
  • Background in dental industry, healthcare or related fields

You're the strategic voice and creative force behind our content. You can write copy that converts, shoot a Reel that stops the scroll, plan a multi-channel campaign, and execute it all with minimal oversight. You move fast, think strategically, and create content that actually performs.
