MoneyPay is a next generation e wallet for the sharing economy. We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist who will join us to make this transform real.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields,
  • Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth,
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience,
  • Having a team player mindset and a positive attitude towards colleagues,
  • Following digital marketing trends, tools and best practices continuously,
  • Experience working with creative, media, PR agencies; able to brief, coordinate and evaluate agency outputs,
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing programs,
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Strong business follow-up capabilities,
  • Strong communication skills and high energy and motivation to work in a challenging environment,
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to simplify complex topics and explain them clearly and concisely,
  • Experience executing consumer, channel and/or category based campaigns and promotions,
  • Experience in managing marketing budget,


Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, promotions and annual plans for a customer, category or specific channels to implement marketing strategies and objectives,
  • Following the sector closely, providing recommendations about differentiated products, services and campaigns,
  • Implementing and analyzing results of the campaigns to identify needs of customers with distribution channels,
  • Manage relationships with creative, media, PR and production agencies; prepare clear briefs, follow timelines, and ensure quality delivery,
  • Track and manage MarCom budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control,
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity, customer engagement and communication efficiency throughout the customer journey,
  • Support and manage event organization,
  • Help plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials for small to medium projects, support social media accounts to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives,
  • Help to identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved,
