Marketing / Communications Specialist (ALBA)

A Marketing Specialist / Communications Officer) in Alba (Aluminium Bahrain) helps develop and implement strategies that promote products, services, and brand.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in campaign planning and execution — support marketing initiatives, advertising, promotional events, and brand awareness activities.

Content development — create marketing content such as digital posts, newsletters, press releases, advertising copy, and campaign materials.

Media & digital coordination — help coordinate offline (print, outdoor) and online (social media, web) marketing communication.

Support planning & budgets — assist with advertising budgets, track expenditure, and ensure cost‑effective execution.

Brand & event support — help with brand messaging, launch events, trade shows, press conferences, and sponsor partnerships.

Reporting & analysis — track performance of campaigns and communication efforts and prepare reports for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related field.

Good written and verbal communication (English; Arabic is an advantage).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, basic analytics).

Creativity, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD1,300.000 per month
