We are seeking a creative and detail-orientated Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating engaging content across various platforms, has a passion for both digital and traditional marketing, and can manage projects from concept to completion.

As the Marketing & Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our brand presence through social media, coordinating and designing print advertising, and producing blog and website content. You'll play a key role in maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for all company social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategy as needed to meet goals.

- Print Advertising & Visual Marketing

  • Design and coordinate advertisements for physical print (magazines, ads, flyers, posters, etc.)
  • Collaborate with printing vendors and media partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all printed materials.

- Content Creating & Blogging

  • Write, edit, and publish blog posts aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Develop supporting marketing materials such as email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional copy.

- Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of broader marketing campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years in experience in marketing, content creation, or related field
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe, Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Familiarity with blogging platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Knowledge of marketing automation or email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Background in visual communication or print design

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
