Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Founded in 2006, Pirkey Barber is one of the largest firms in the United States focused on trademark, trade dress, copyright, and unfair competition law. We are frequently recognized as one of the leading trademark firms in the country. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our firm's marketing and business development initiatives. You'll play a key role in enhancing our visibility, strengthening client relationships, and driving new business opportunities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies working closely with our Communications and Events Committees
• Create compelling marketing materials including attorney bios, capability profiles, and digital content
• Manage submissions to major legal rankings (Chambers, Legal 500, WTR 1000, IP Stars)
• Coordinate RFP responses and maintain our proposal archive
• Oversee our CRM system and ensure data quality for marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute client events, seminars, and networking activities
• Maintain website content and implement SEO best practices
• Manage our LinkedIn presence and monitor online reputation
• Handle legal directory management and brand consistency across all platforms
• Support budget management and expense tracking for marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience (professional services/legal industry preferred)
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and social media tools
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with SEO, web analytics, and content management systems
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and project management abilities
• Professional demeanor for client interactions and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
