Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to support our daily office workflow. This role is primarily marketing-focused but includes a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Cover the front desk/lobby
  • Greet walk-in clients and vendors, and answer incoming calls
  • Utilize office systems, manage office supplies, and support agents with property listing processes
  • Construct email communications for office staff and perform general administrative duties

Marketing & Creative

  • Execute digital and print marketing campaigns focusing on consumer experience
  • Manage social media platforms and email marketing initiatives
  • Write blog posts, perform data entry, and assist with SEO efforts
  • Create graphic design materials and other marketing assets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver on various marketing and administrative projects

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in marketing and/or administrative support (real estate experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and graphic design software preferred
  • Professional, reliable, energetic, and eager to learn

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
