Johnson Air Products is a HVAC Wholesale Distributor / Manufacturer’s Rep that has been in business for over 75 years. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The primary duty of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide administrative and marketing assistance to the Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity to enter the HVAC industry and to grow your career while receiving on-the-job training.

Successful candidates will have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally will help in the success of this role.

Duties include:

• Create and update marketing collateral
• Organize marketing materials and promotional items
• Management multiple social media platforms
• Assist with website maintenance
• Assist with event coordination
• Work with various departments to promote products and services
• Communicate effectively with customers through direct mailers and emailers
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Assist with the company apparel program

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test

Desired Skills:

• General HVAC knowledge a plus but not required
• 1-2 years marketing experience and/or marketing education a plus but not required
• Graphic design a plus but not required
• SEO knowledge a plus but not required
