POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator supports business development and brand initiatives by executing marketing, communications, and proposal activities. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple projects while ensuring consistent, professional messaging and visual identity across all platforms. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Ada office
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate marketing communications, including public relations, events, press releases, advertising activities, and media buys.
- Develop and manage marketing assets (advertisements, presentations, promotional items, collateral, trade show materials, newsletters, website, and social media content), leveraging AI-assisted tools for design, copywriting, and campaign optimization where appropriate.
- Ensure brand and logo consistency across all platforms and oversee relationships with independent vendors (e.g., printers, photographers, designers) to maintain quality and brand standards.
- Prepare and support sales presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ documentation in collaboration with project managers and leadership.
- Manage project photography sessions, including scheduling, site access, shot lists, and safety coordination.
- Plan and execute business development activities, including trade shows, community events, and educational seminars.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and report on monthly analytics for website traffic, digital campaigns, and social media performance.
- Compile and maintain status reports on current and planned marketing activity.
- Investigate and coordinate company involvement in community projects and associations as directed by management.
- Support internal communications, including drafting newsletters, employee announcements, and intranet/HR content.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM records, and contact lists to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Maintain a presence within the community through membership and participation in local advertising, marketing, and industry associations.
EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Education: BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of marketing/communications experience preferred; construction, architecture, or professional services industry experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

- Write clear, compelling website copy, press releases, and proposal narratives.
- Apply knowledge of local media/client landscapes, advertising practices, and digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and design tools (e.g., content generation, analytics, SEO, image editing) and ability to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools to support marketing operations.
- Contribute to RFP/RFQ processes, including client interviews and proposal preparation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
