Part-Time Marketing Lead (Hybrid – Ridgefield, WA)

BTB Solutions is looking for an experienced, self-driven marketer to own and elevate our brand. We’re a small company specializing in automation and robotics, and this is our first dedicated marketing hire. If you thrive on autonomy, strategy, and execution, this role offers room to lead and grow.

What You’ll Do (20 hours/week):

• Build, manage, and evolve our website and social media presence
• Develop marketing campaigns that reflect our operational edge and challenger brand
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to align messaging and amplify impact
• Create content that’s clear, compelling, and conversion-ready
• Bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every initiative

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid role with weekly onsite time at our Ridgefield, WA office
• Flexible scheduling within the 20-hour framework
