Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities of New Media Operations

The core responsibility of new media operations is to achieve brand exposure, user growth, and business conversion through content planning, user interaction, and data optimization on new media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Its essence is to "connect content with target users using platform rules".

Job Requirements

1. Content Management: Plan content based on platform characteristics, complete content creation, review, and distribution, and ensure the content aligns with user needs and brand tone.

2. User Operations: Respond to user comments and private messages, maintain fan relationships; enhance user engagement through topic interactions and community operations, while identifying core user needs.

3. Data Review & Analysis: Track key data (such as page views, like rates, conversion rates), analyze the effectiveness of content and activities, and derive optimization strategies (e.g., adjusting posting times, optimizing content topics).

4. On-site Activity Support: If there are activities, attend the on-site shooting, write relevant copy, and upload the content to social platforms on the same day to ensure the timeliness of the activity.

5. Weekly Meetings at JUYI: Attend 1-2 meetings at JUYI every week to report work results and explain the next-step plan. The meeting time is not fixed.

Qualifications:

- (at least 2 years) Previous Marketing Coordinator experience in a high-volume restaurant or lounge environment is preferred.

- Develop and curated engaging content for social media platforms.

- Attend events and produce live social media content.

-Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

- Active participation in all campaign planning, management and implementation across the social media
