Marketing Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to help us strengthen our brand presence, attract new customers, and support internal company initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, organized, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote HVAC and plumbing services.
• Create content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews.
• Track and report on marketing performance (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Coordinate community involvement, events, and sponsorships.
• Work with vendors for digital ads, print materials, and promotions.
• Support recruiting efforts through social media and advertising.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (experience in the trades industry a plus).
• Strong communication, writing, and creative design skills.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about local business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,692.87 - $64,662.38 per year
