Role Overview:
Reporting to the head of marketing, you’ll be supporting initiatives to promote and educate the wider business travel industry about our suite of products, as well as tracking the impact of these campaigns. You’ll also support the optimisation of internal communication processes.
Who we are looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for design are key to this role – please feel free to share samples of your work with your application. Ideally you’ll have experience with data analytics, B2B social media, CMS and CRM systems. As a fully remote role, it’s crucial that you are proactive and self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities:Product marketing: Work closely with internal departments to keep up-to-date on HotelHub products and promote product developments/new releases.
Sales support: Work with the wider commercial team to provide support, including developing case studies, proposals and presentations.
Website management: Manage and update HotelHub’s website content and track engagement.
Email marketing: Create and deploy regular communications aimed at driving engagement, both externally and internally.
Social media marketing: Coordinate and execute HotelHub’s social media marketing plan, aimed at increasing visibility of the brand.
Data analytics: Compile reports on digital marketing performance and assist with data gathering for the regular HotelHub Index report.
Market research: Keep abreast of industry trends, client requirements and competitor activity.
Job skills/competencies/experience:Communication & copywriting: Ability to write and edit content for different audiences and platforms. Understanding and experience of SEO.
Eye for design: Ability to create visually appealing assets that meet brand guidelines, including presentations, social media images and promotional material.
Social media marketing: Experience of marketing on LinkedIn.
Data analytics: Ability to interpret data to uncover relevant insights and stories
Technical competence: Experience working with Canva, CRM (ideally Hubspot), CMS (ideally WordPress/Elementor) and Google Analytics.
Self-motivation: The drive to work independently and achieve results in a dynamic environment. Ability to bring new ideas to the table and run with them.
Travel: Ability to travel to team meetings in London every couple of months.
