Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
- Collaborate with senior management to set marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven strategies.
Brand Management
- Strengthen brand identity through consistent messaging and visual communication.
- Plan PR activities, media partnerships, and public engagement initiatives.
- Oversee creation of marketing materials including brochures, videos, presentations, and event collaterals.
Digital Marketing
- Supervise digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports on engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creative campaigns.
Business Development Support
- Support the sales team in proposal creation, pitch presentations, and client acquisition strategies.
- Plan marketing activations, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote services.
- Develop case studies and project showcases to highlight successful campaigns.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, printers, and media partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Retail, Education industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
