The Marketing Coordinator will help bring our brand to life across digital, print, and social
channels. This role works closely with the Hospitality Manager and Brand Coordinator to design and run marketing campaigns that connect with our audience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Hospitality and Brand teams to come up with ideas and designs for marketing materials that fit our brand and goals.
- Create visual content like graphics, photos, layouts, illustrations, and videos for use in
emails, social media, ads, packaging, signage, and more.
- Help plan and run digital and print marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and printed materials.
- Support digital sales campaigns from setup through completion — tracking performance and helping optimize for better results.
- Assist Brand Coordinator with design and social media content (images, videos, carousels, etc.), help write captions, schedule posts, and track engagement.
- Keep our website and landing pages up to date with fresh visuals and content that follow design and SEO best practices.
- Help organize audience lists and create personalized digital content for email, text, and online ads.
- Send and respond to text messages and emails as part of campaign outreach and customer communication.
- Answer phones and provide friendly, professional customer service to help support marketing and sales efforts.
- Help plan and organize creative timelines, campaign calendars, and photo/video shoots.
- Prepare files for both print and digital use, making sure they meet all technical
requirements.
- Track marketing results — like engagement, clicks, and conversions — and help report on
what’s working.
- Other tasks assigned as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A creative storyteller with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
- Interest in and knowledge of the wine industry is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including MailChimp (email) and RedChirp (SMS). Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, digital production, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project
execution.

- Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, talk, or hear.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
