Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who knows how to get things done. The right candidate is not just an idea person, they’re the executor. You’ll be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing daily content, supporting campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across every channel. You’ll be in the office, on shoot locations, or wherever the brand needs you. If you can’t handle the heat of a fast-moving marketing team, this isn’t for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, design, and execute monthly content calendars (minimum 15 posts per month) in coordination with the Brand Manager.
  • Create a mix of reels, carousels, static posts, and UGC-style content using Canva and other editing tools.
  • Capture and edit videos and photos for social media, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and assist with photoshoots and video productions, ensuring proper setup, execution, and delivery.
  • Post and schedule daily content, including Instagram Stories, polls, and reposts.
  • Manage and refresh social media highlights monthly.

Community Management

  • Actively engage with audiences—reply to comments, DMs, and community posts.
  • Manage online communities (Facebook groups, open forums, etc.).
  • Handle influencer and brand ambassador communications under Brand Manager supervision.

Paid Campaign Support

  • Assist in BA & CC (Brand Ambassador & Creator Collaboration) hunting, aiming for 5–10 new profiles each month.
  • Coordinate with partners, ambassadors, and collaborators to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Support campaign rollout and reporting.

Admin & Reporting

  • Prepare and send the monthly newsletter in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Track and respond to Google Reviews and escalate major complaints when necessary.
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis and social media benchmarking.
  • Handle ad-hoc marketing admin tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in food, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong editing skills (photo and video).
  • Proficient with Canva (knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus).
  • Basic camera handling or on-set assistance experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working on-ground during events, shoots, or activations.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Personality Fit

We’re not looking for a “social media enthusiast.” We’re looking for a doer. Someone who rolls up their sleeves, plugs in the charger, fixes the light, and makes the post go live before anyone else blinks. If you thrive in controlled chaos and take pride in execution, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A fun friendly place to work and a great company culture to match. Did we mention we offer free lunches?
  • An inclusive, collaborative community, where your voice will be heard, and you’ll have the opportunity to fuel your creative journey.
  • The ability to really make a difference with your ideas – we’re a purpose driven company.
  • A modern office environment designed to foster inspiration, creativity, and teamwork.
  • A talented team of super smart (but humble) people.
  • A culture committed to innovation, openness, humor, respect & motivation.

We all have responsibilities to our roles, our teams, and our customers and it’s important that we demonstrate that accountability in every task that we carry out. 5.      Innovation & Creativity

Kcal thrives off innovation and creativity – they’re part of the DNA of what we do. And we strive to infuse them into every aspect of the company, from our brands to our culture, to our processes and finally to every bite of food our customers eat.
