What You'll Do

As a marketing specialist, you'll be at the center of our marketing efforts-planning, creating, and executing campaigns that make our brand stand out. From social media to digital ads, email marketing, and community events, you'll bring our story to life every day.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
  • Managing a marketing calendar aligned with seasonal promotions and events
  • Writing and designing engaging posts, newsletters, and promotional content
  • Assisting with paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and optimizing results
  • Updating and maintaining website content with SEO best practices
  • Coordinating community sponsorships, trade shows, and local events
  • Capturing and editing photos/videos for digital and print marketing
  • Managing marketing materials, promotional items, and vendor relationships

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM

Pay: $45,000 - 60,000 annually, depending on experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who's both creative and analytical-someone who can design a great post and measure its impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
  • Experience with B2B or home services marketing preferred
  • Proficiency with social media platforms
  • Skilled in email marketing, automation, and audience segmentation
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Graphic design, photography, and/or videography experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email platforms like Constant Contact or Mailchimp
  • Google Digital Marketing certification a plus
