About the Role:

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to keeping Nodpod’s marketing initiatives running smoothly while supporting creative campaigns. It’s perfect for a detail-oriented self-starter who’s excited to contribute to both execution and ideation.

This position offers room to grow into more strategic responsibilities as our team expands.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning, building, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns .
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and audience segmentation.
• Support copywriting for subject lines, headlines, CTAs, and light body copy.
• QA emails/SMS for accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment before launch.
• Support A/B testing, personalization, and triggered emails.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and dependencies for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain marketing calendars for content, product launches, and promotions.
• Track vendor work, invoices, and budgets as needed.
• Brainstorm campaign themes, content ideas, and promotional assets.
• Help coordinate content shoots , including preparing shot lists, ordering props, organizing products, and managing logistics.
• Support influencer and creator content collection, ensuring assets meet brand needs and are properly filed.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries, marketing documentation, and files.
• Maintain highly organized Google Drive folders, ensuring marketing assets follow consistent naming and structure.
• Take meeting notes, prepare status reports, and support general marketing operations .

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships welcome!)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Familiar with email marketing tools
• Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
• Strong communicator and team player
