Job Summary
MLFA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing & Communications Manager in executing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, blogs, events, direct mail, and the company website. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and possesses excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to gather and organize creative assets for marketing projects.
  • Update and maintain the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries or comments on social media platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report performance metrics for email, social media, and website campaigns.
  • Compile and organize data for review by the Marketing Communications Manager, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage inventory for marketing materials, including brochures, mailers, and event supplies.
  • Support project management by ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing software, social media scheduling tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
