Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Team Coordinator to manage and supervise the execution of marketing projects and ensure all marketing deliverables are high quality, aligned with Inexoft Technologies Brand, convey the right message, and are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.

In this position, you will lead a team of marketing professionals, establish micro deadlines, control the use of workflow platforms, quality-check submitted work, coordinate resources, and plan marketing collateral production capacities. You’re also expected to mentor all in-house marketing staff and report to the Director of Marketing, informing them about the project progress and potential roadblocks

Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects through emails.

Communicate and work across departments to create a product delivery roadmap and ensure branding consistency

Manage departmental resources according to project needs

Forward internal marketing collateral to Corporate Marketing and PR for further use

Designate tasks and establish project deadlines for all team members
