Marketing Coordinator

1. Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation

· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote office spaces and generate qualified inquiries.

· Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with leasing targets and business objectives.

· Track lead sources and follow up on campaign performance, conversions, and Return on Investments.

2. Sales & Marketing Coordination

· Work closely with the Sales Team to provide update marketing materials, property details, and promotional content.

· Support the sales pipeline by ensuring timely handover and tracking of marketing – generated leads.

· Collect feedback from the Sales Team to enhance campaign effectiveness and client engagement Strategies.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Management

· Manage and update the company’s website, social media accounts, and property listings.

· Create and schedule engaging posts, videos, and promotional materials to attract potential clients.

· Run online advertising campaigns ( Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and track performance metrics.

4. Branding & Communication

· Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials – print, digital, and in- office.

· Coordinate the design and production of brochures, signage, presentations, and promotional items.

· Draft press releases , newsletters, and internal communications.

5. Events & Clients Engagements

· Assist in organizing open house events, property tours and networking sessions.

· Coordinate photography, videography, and promotional coverage for marketing use.

· Support client retention and community- building initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Operations.

6. Market Research & Reporting

· Conduct regular market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and new opportunities.

· Maintain a marketing database and prepare reports on lead performance, occupancy, and compaign outcomes.

· Provide monthly marketing performance summaries to management and the sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
