Primary purpose of the role

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all marketing activities across the Family Holding Company and its affiliated entities, with a primary focus on real estate assets including a newly developed retail mall and the expanding property portfolio. The role ensures consistent brand representation, supports leasing objectives, and coordinates marketing initiatives across the group

Key Accountability Areas

Group-Wide Marketing Coordination & Brand Alignment

1. Provide centralized marketing coordination for the Family Holding Company and all affiliated entities.

2. Ensure consistent application of approved brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across all properties and group businesses.

3. Act as the primary coordination point between group management, property teams, and external marketing vendors.

4. Support group-level and ad-hoc marketing initiatives as directed by the Head of Property.

Real Estate and Retail Mall Marketing

5. Support branding, pre-launch, launch, and ongoing marketing initiatives for the retail mall development.

6. Coordinate marketing activities for existing and future real estate assets within the group portfolio.

7. Align marketing deliverables with construction milestones, leasing timelines, and operational requirements.

Leasing and Commercial Marketing Support

8. Support leasing and commercial teams with the preparation of:

- Leasing brochures and property fact sheets

- Presentations and pitch decks for tenants and brokers

9. Assist with tenant acquisition initiatives, broker engagements, and promotional leasing activities.

Brand Management

10. Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral, including:

- Corporate profiles and presentations

- Property brochures, signage, hoardings, and directories

11. Liaise with creative agencies, designers, printers, and production vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials.

Digital and Social Media Coordination

12. Support digital marketing initiatives across group websites and social media platforms.

13. Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely execution of digital campaigns.

14. Liaise with digital agencies to monitor deliverables and basic performance metrics.

Events, Promotions and Activations

15. Support planning and execution of mall events, tenant promotions, seasonal campaigns, and corporate activations.

16. Coordinate vendors, branding materials, and on-ground logistics to ensure smooth execution of events.

Vendor / Budget Coordination

17. Assist with sourcing quotations, coordinating approvals, and verifying marketing invoices.

18. Support budget tracking in coordination with Finance.

19. Maintain organized records of marketing materials, vendor contracts, and approvals.

Market Research and Reporting

20. Conduct basic market and competitor research related to retail malls and real estate branding.

21. Prepare marketing summaries, reports, and presentations for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • marketing: 2 years (Required)
  • Social Media Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
